The Melbourne Track Classic & Olympic Trials take place on Friday 2 and Saturday 3 March 2012 at Lakeside Stadium in Melbourne, and you can see all the action with our special discounted ticket offer!

This unique event will include high profile athletes such as the World Athlete of the Year, Sally Pearson, world silver medallist for long jump, Mitchell Watt, and all the other Olympic hopefuls.

They’ll be competing for their ticket to London and it’s a great opportunity for people in Melbourne to get a head start on the Olympic fever. 

Running, jumping and throwing are the three actions at the heart of every sport; fans of any kind of sport will be amazed by the records, abilities and endurance of these athletes. Watt can jump 8.54 meters, which is longer than the width of four Formula One cars!

The Melbourne Track Classic will display the full array of track and field events as well as a special program for spectators. 

Tickets are $17.80 for adults and $12.80 for concession, however as part of the Healthwise Active Travel community, you can access discounted tickets for only $10 per person!
